Echoes is in open beta on Meta Quest. If something isn't working, or you have a question, we want to hear from you.
Email us at contact@lorewrightstudios.com. To help us respond quickly, please include:
- Your headset model (for example, Meta Quest 3 or Quest 2).
- A short description of what happened and what you expected.
- The story or level you were in, if it relates to gameplay.
We read every message and aim to reply within a few business days.

How do I get Echoes?
The open beta is free to download on Meta Quest. Anyone with a compatible headset can play.
Is Echoes really built for blind and low-vision players?
Yes. Echoes is designed from the ground up to be played by blind and low-vision players, and it is open to everyone.
How do I report a bug or share feedback?
Email contact@lorewrightstudios.com. To report content or conduct in the community hub, see "Report content or conduct" below.
How do I delete my data?

Community Story Hub — Code of Conduct
The community story hub lets players create and share stories with one another. To keep it a place everyone can enjoy, all submitted content and player conduct must follow this code:
- No hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory content.
- No sexual content involving minors, and no other illegal content.
- No content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
- No spam, scams, or attempts to deceive other players.
- Treat other players with respect.
We review reports and will remove content that violates this code, and may suspend access for repeat or serious violations.
Report content or conduct
To report a story, message, or player conduct that violates the Code of Conduct above, email contact@lorewrightstudios.com with the subject line "Report." Every report is reviewed by our team.
To help us act quickly, please include:
- What you are reporting — a story, a message, or a player's conduct.
- Where you saw it — the story title, level, or username, if known.
- A short description of the problem.
We will remove content that violates our Code of Conduct, and may suspend access for repeat or serious violations.
